    First, the office make-over looks so bright, clean and professional! Sets the tone fit the medical group! My doctor is Dr. Samantha Kraly. She is always prepared when she comes in, listens carefully and explains clearly. I feel confident knowing she is guiding my health plans. I feel so fortunate to have such a caring, experienced physician on my side!

    This time was a virtual appointment because a little problem getting there. Great experience. I've been going for years. Great doctors, courteous staff, and very short wait. They always take me back within 5 minutes and wait for doctor in the room just a few minutes.

    They have a very knowledgeable medical staff-providing me with great care. Very little "wait" time. They run as scheduled - but never "rush" me out if I have questions or concern. I feel they appreciate MY time. I love that there is an on-site lab. You don???t have to go somewhere else for standard lab work. Everyone is so nice, it is quite uplifting to visit.

    This office is ran so well from checking in to checking out. There is never a wait and I love that blood work is done right on site. All staff is polite and professional . Dr Kraly is attentive and never in a hurry. She recommends what she feels you need but in a comforting way. I trust her for my health care. I love this office.

    The efficiency and communication in this awesome is the best. Dr Kraly listens , advises and truly cares. I feel she treats all patients w her time very well. I???ve never felt like a number or that she needs to hurry and move onto the next appt. Her staff at the front and check out is kind and thorough. Love the lab being on site. The staff has all been there for awhile. It???s always nice to see the same faces after years. They listen and get me on the first stick. That???s a huge win for me. The portal is wonderful and everyone communicates very well w me through there. The remodel will be nice. They are very deserving to have an updated work space.     Dr. Kraly is the best. Very thorough, patient, & a warm personality. Not to mention super smart and knowledgeable on care & treatments specific to me. I love that I can get labs onsite since I'm a very hard stick and have had Quest & LabCorp both be unsuccessful in getting blood from me which is super stressful. Kristen ended up getting me on the 1st stick and I was SO grateful. THANK YOU KRISTEN!!! Any referrals or prescriptions that are ordered always get to where they need to be without any issues or follow-up needed on my part. I am super happy with my PCP and this office. And thank you for having a live person that answers the phone. That is HUGE these days. In my job I have to call doctor's offices at times and some make it a nightmare to get through to a living/breathing person versus prompt after prompt you choose until you end up being on perpetual hold forever and then the only option they eventually give is to leave a message. Not okay for patients by any means. So thank you for the ease of contacting someone in the office on call #1. :-)

    Dr Kraly is a gem. In all of my encounters with her, she has been thorough, professional, knowledgeable. She understands the importance of asking the right questions and listening to my answers before formulating a plan that is right for me. She spends the time needed to get it right. I have never been rushed during an appointment (She has never looked at her watch) and she has never buried her head in her computer while speaking to me. During my most recent post op appointment, she spent 90 minutes unraveling my many issues. That is unheard of in today's medical environment. I trust her implicitly and I cannot say that about all of my physicians.

    I am so glad I found Dr. Kraly. She is personable, responsive to questions & concerns, and all-around excellent doctor. In general, your office always seems well-run and efficient. It is also a big plus, and so convenient, that there is a lab on site at your office for routine lab tests.     I???ve been a patient for over 20 years. The staff you have in front is definitely not as friendly as in the past. In reality, the Ladies don???t have much of a personality???.all business.     I love Dr. Kraly. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and to explain her thinking on the matter. She does what she can to alleviate my fears and orders pertinent tests based on my symptoms. I recommend her to everyone that I talk with if the subject of a primary care doctor comes up. There are too few doctors like her in my experience, although I will say that all the doctors at IMG that I have had interactions with have been great.

    I really like Dr. Kraly. I was a previous patient of Dr Glocks and was so sad when he retired. I really didn???t think I would find another doctor that could be as good for me as he was. I know now that is not the case. One other more important and concerning subject. Changes need to be made to the checkout process. When no patient is being helped you have no idea which window is available. It???s impossible to see who???s available from where we sit. We wait wondering if anyone even knows we are there. Expecting the patient to go look to see if anyone is available is unacceptable. Patient have mobility issues, don???t feel well, some have hearing loses and can???t hear when a widow is available. More importantly it is not private at all! The patient waiting their turn can hear the whole conversation of the person checking out. I???m sure, like me, other patients do not want their private health information ie referrals to other docs, tests you are scheduling etc, overheard by other people. Wouldn???t this be a HIPPA violation? Other doctors I go to have checkout in a private areas that can???t be overheard by non medical personnel. Please look into this.

    Dr. Kraly is wonderful. Always very attentive, patient, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. My wait time was very short for my annual physical which I appreciated so I could return to work as soon as possible. I am an extremely hard stick and Gabby got me on try #1 which hardly ever happens. She took time to look at both arms & hands before deciding where to stick me. And most importantly she listened to what I told her about where they can sometimes get me. I'm always super-stressed about labs so having such a great phlebotomist soothed the nerves! (Quest is terrible so I'll always choose you guys over them any day!) Front staff personnel and those that checked me out were also very kind.

    The. Entire experience from the friendly and kind front desk, CNA check in:vitals and check out . I moved from a practice that often could feel the tension with everyone. I feel confident in Dr Kraly???s abilities and appreciate that she is approachable and is present and attentive at my appt. I know she has a very full patient load and has a lot of people that need her. I am never made to feel like I am a bother by anyone. Also your lab techs are very skilled for difficult draws as myself.

    Dr. Kraly is a great doctor. I never feel rushed and she answers my questions very thoroughly. I truly appreciate how IMG checks my insurance to determine if medications are covered under my insurance, and if they are not, to provide an alternative medication if it's available.     Dr. Kraly is incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and kind. I feel heard when I express my concerns, and when she doesn???t know know something, she isn???t afraid to say so and to refer me to someone that might help. I have extremely complicated, chronic health issues, and she has been a HUGE support as I???ve sought answers and ways to better manage my symptoms. The staff are so nice from the front office to the assistant staff. There is a nice flow of activity and I love the fact that the lab is right there.
