About Me

I am a Georgia native and have proudly called Florida home since moving here to complete my medical training at the University of Florida. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two sons, relaxing at the beach and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

I believe exceptional care begins with listening and understanding what matters most to each patient. Every person has a unique story, and I value building trusting relationships that allow us to work together toward meaningful health goals. I am passionate about preventive medicine and helping patients reduce their risk of chronic disease before it develops. By making small, sustainable lifestyle changes, I believe patients can achieve lasting improvements in their health. My goal is to provide the guidance, education and support patients need to feel confident taking an active role in their care.

As the daughter of a retired Army veteran who served more than 20 years, including two combat tours, I have a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by military members and their families. That appreciation inspired my involvement with the American Red Cross Services to the Armed Forces and continues to shape my commitment to supporting the military community. My personal experience with peripartum depression has also given me a deeper understanding of the importance of mental health and the value of compassionate, empathetic care during life's most challenging seasons.
