I am a Florida native who migrated to North Florida in 2004 to attend college at UNF. I enjoy gardening, exercising, shopping, the beach, live music, and raising my two tiny humans.

My philosophy of care is to utilize a person-centered approach to help my clients feel heard and seen. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, my goal is to empower my clients to manage distressing emotions, improve communication and practice self-awareness.
