About Me

A native Central Floridian and a proud alumnus of the University of North Florida—Go Ospreys! My husband, son and I share a love of creativity and adventure, spending our weekends doing arts and crafts, playing video games, visiting theme parks or relaxing at the beach. In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy books and exploring new stories that spark the imagination.

My philosophy of care is informed by a background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), an Adlerian perspective, and principles of narrative therapy, guiding me to understand that behavior often reflects a need for connection, belonging or the avoidance of relational pain. I believe the stories we tell about ourselves shape our experiences, and I work with clients to reframe these narratives in empowering ways.
