A doctor bill may either be for services provided at an office visit or for a service or consultation provided by a physician at a Baptist hospital or outpatient facility.
If you provide your insurance information, we will file your insurance claim for you. After receiving the explanation of benefits statement from your insurance company, you may receive a bill that reflects any uncovered charges such as deductibles, co-payments or other uncovered expenses.

A customer service representative will be happy to assist you with any questions that you have regarding your bill. You may also pay your bill over the phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Most offices accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
