Kara Blackmer, RD, MPAS, PA-C is a board-certified Registered Dietitian and Physician Assistant. She began her career in healthcare 12 years ago with a passion for learning about the science behind the effects of nutrition on health. After working for several years as a clinical dietitian she decided to expand her knowledge beyond nutrition and branch into medicine.
