Dr Herbley is terrific! However, he mistakenly entered into my chart on 10/17 a diagnosis of alcohol dependent. He has tried to change it but to no avail. When I last saw him, I asked the receptionist if she could talk to the office manager about it being changed. She said she would and would let me know. As of this date, I have heard nothing. What can I do to get a correct diagnosis on my chart???

I like his direct & concise approach to my concerns. He was thoughtful and clear in his assessment of my concerns. The provider I saw was patronizing. He had not read my records. We talked virtually for about 30 minutes, yet he billed for NINETY minutes. I???m A Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 32 years experience. He said this: ???I???m a psychiatrist.??? ???Do you know what a psychiatrist is????? Give me a break.

I was not sure what to expect but the MD was very kind and solicitous of an 81-year-old who has been on Prozac since the '90s and wonders whether she survived covid mentally intact. He helped me to focus on what is really bothering me these days, "where do I go from here?" No answers yet, but at least I know the question.

My wife Katy and I are new to the AgeWell conditioning and are very impressed with the efficiency and attention to detail as recently exhibited as we funnel through Covid. Early on it was recommended Katy see Dr Herbly. We went to Behavioral Health not knowing what to expect. Well, Dr herbly is truly an understanding and paratactical practitioner who helped Katy immensely. The helping, came in part, in the form of recognizing and changing her medical treatment for anxiety and depression. It worked! With in a matter of a few short weeks the outcome was obvious and gave a hugh portion of my wife outlook on life back and in a positive manner. Thank you Doctor. We look forward future interaction.

Getting to this place is hell. Finding the building is so confusing you first need a Dr. to get your blood pressure down. Signs don???t maatch up. People don???t give correct directions. It was agony getting there.
