On time Appointment was quick and easy. Friendly thorough and to the point. Just what was needed to confirm meds are working perfectly and no change is needed. Three months followup request was scheduled. Perfect in person visit. Mom loves visiting with Dr. Davis and always had for about Four years now.

Very efficient with zoom etc. My dr was super caring and empathetic. She really cared. I was immediately called to schedule my follow up. All prescriptions were called in correctly and promptly. I had to wait quite awhile for my initial appointment but I???m glad I???m in. I feel real positive.

I see an improvement in the amount of time spent by provider and pataint. I also see an improvement in the interaction between both. I would like to see a continuance of interaction to include suggestions and recommendations for the pataint to progress. It's not clear to me if the function is to mainly dispense Rx.

Psychiatrists should spend longer on sessions with clients rather than trying to end the meeting as soon as possible. Psychiatrists should be open to discussing drug changes rather than insisting on keeping medications the same. Psychiatrists should discuss mental health concerns with clients in more detail.

When a family member cannot schedule an appointment, we have a problem. The appointment scheduler needs some training. My mother has them call me to schedule her appointments. I am her transportation. I also have POA, which BBH has had on file since 2013. It took over two hours to schedule one appointment. The schedular would not schedule with me, claiming there was not some current form on file and it was a HIPAA violation. We have been doing virtual appointments since the beginning of the pandemic. There have been release forms on file with this office since 2013. I should not need a release form to schedule an appointment for my family member. I am the one providing the info, other than day and time, no personal info is being given to me. This young person, really had no idea, what they were doing. They had to make a second call to my mom to get permission to speak to me, which mom had already given when she told them to call me to schedule. Every time I asked a question, like can the form be mailed? Or is the doctor even doing in person appointments? I was put on hold for fifteen to twenty minutes so they could go ask. This was an unacceptable experience. Unfortunately, it was not the first time we have had that type of experience.

I would have loved options for managements of my diagnosis in addition to medication options! I had to ask my Doctor for alternative methods, I would have loved options and some additional education on my new diagnosis!

Dr. Davis is amazing. I have had depression for most of my adult life. It almost took my life. Dr. Davis not only has helped me to become stable, she has me enjoying life again. She truly cares, and if I forget about our appt time, she will call me to make sure I get the care I need. Love her.
