I like that she speaks to me on a regular basis and seems to understand what I'm going through. She has provided good advice and is always there to talk when I need her. I can't ask for anything better than that. She's very kind and considerate and I like that about her, makes me feel like she actually cares. She doesn't try to rush the conversation, she listens to me even when I'm in a pool of tears.

Jacksonville Behavior Health was the first place my problems with my OCD/BDD and the anxiety that the symptoms they create. I had been treated for OCD previously but it was usually through medication. Private OCD counseling is very expensive. It was not untill I became involved with OCD Jacksonville and was told about Jacksonville Behavior Health counseling and started getting finding out that there OCD counseling with Baptist. I have been with Baptist for over 10 years and did not think or was aware that they had this special counseling. I have been working with my counselor for a bout five years. She has helped me realize that OCD problems can be made easier with the help with new medthods I learned from OCD Jacksonville. My counselor has bee helped me when I have problems.

I have been traumatized by the billing department and the non-stopping calls. These calls triggered my anxieties and increased my suicidal thoughts. Your employees dare to tell me to go somewhere else for therapist. That and Un sympathy comments coming from a department that provide mental health care. Living on disability income with cost of share and many other bills to pay is very frustrating. I have to pick with buying less groceries in under to pay what I can't on my medical bills. Mental Health Care should be free. I have been seen Dr Goyal from before she works with Baptist. Dr Goyal is a professional whose support, care, and valuable advice help me to continue fighting with my depression. I appreciate the time she spent with her counseling and guidance. She is the best listener and guidance encouragement. She is the only person I will give her 10 points.

I called to make an appointment the woman helping me was very professional and kind. The questions she asked me where ridiculous. Starting with do I consider myself a male or a female who are you trying to prove something to. The majority of us are normal people out here. The fact that she asked me 1000 questions and she has all the answers right in front of her like my address, my phone number, my Medicare number I have been in your system for probably over 10 years. I???m 72 years old. I was in Colorado three weeks ago and had a fall broke my wrist. They put my name and maybe my Social Security number and my birthdate in their computer and they had all my records and I had never been in the place before. They know the name of my general practitioner Dr Bonaquist. They had my home address, my email address, my phone number, right for them. And I???ve only been there one time. And this is a little Hodunk mountain town.. I was checked in seen by PA, a nurse, they did three or four x-rays on my wrist, and it probably took as much time for your girl to ask me all your stupid questions. Who can I talk to to Tell you how I really feel!

That I can talk to my Doctor and be honest, and tell her things about anything and I'm not judge or anything...my family is a strange family and I don't know who to trust because everybody in my family who I deal with the most talk each other all the time.. I believe we do care, but sometimes the respect isn't there, and I lost my favorite sister a few years ago and that broke my heart, my doctor help me see things and understand that I was confused about,. and she seen to care about me, and I appreciate my doctor alot....I go through and been thought alot, but I feel some joy we I talked to my doctor...life can be rough sometime, but I know that am blessed..Thank You
