Dr. did not seem interested. I've waited months to get in & she said that she really didn't understand why I was sent there. She tried to tell me that I didn't get the labs done that were ordered, when in fact I did in Junee/July & November, & then she had to locate, & review them while I was there. She ordered 18 more labs which else apologized for, but I want my doctor to seem interested in helping me figure out my diagnosis & treat me. She commented that I likely have some sort of autoimmune. (Vs. RA, I guess, but I was referred to the rheumatoid specialist by me PCP.) I don't have much confidence in her willingness to help based on this first interaction.

Have more doctors to accommodate. I heard several of left the practice, and apparently they have not been replaced. I waited almost 3 months to see the doctor and my symptoms changed dramatically for the better in the interim. The doctor was nice and professional but no answers at this point!

My doctor is amazing! She listens to me, and discusses the situation. She explains everything to me, and insures i completely understand the prognosis, treatment, and plan of action. She treats me like a person, not a number. It's really nice to have that type relationship with your caregiver! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They make sure you feel confidante and comfortable in the environment. My wait is never long. My check out is fast and easy. I love the MyChart app for the establishment! The ease of communication with my doctor and the rest of the team means I'm never alone with doubts or concerns. I have their full support!

Dr. Goel is my doctor. She always takes her time with my appointment. She makes sure she answers your questions in a way you can understand if you have any concerns about your health. The best thing about your office is the wonderful doctor, Dr. A. Goel. She is one of the most caring, thorough doctors I have even been privileged to see. The front desk team was very friendly and quick. Dr Goel was very kind, attentive, and really listened to me. She seems just as eager as I am to determine what is going on and finding answers. It means the world to feel like someone is on your side and working with you to feel better. Checkout was also extremely helpful and friendly! I really like the nurse who gets us ready to see Dr. Goel. She is so friendly and just puts me at ease. I also like my rheumatologist, Dr. Goel. I appreciate how I am treated when visiting my doctor, Dr. Goel. All the staff are cordial and friendly. I especially wish to commend one employee, in particular.Hername is Joy. I am assuming she is a nurse but she may be PA, etc. She always puts me at ease and makes my visits enjoyable as she is so engaging. I also have a smile on my face by the time my doctor walks into the exam room.

The doctor was kind and patient. She asked a lot of appropriate questions and actually listened to my answers. She wasn't typing while we spoke, she used a paper and pen to write her notes and actually looked at me instead of a screen. I was hopeful that I'd be having my problem taken care of after speaking with her. The cons--your entrance door is beautiful but way too heavy for a person who is compromised to open. The first appointment paperwork needs to be re-worded and re-formatted. The type is small and leaves no space for a complete answer. And the tone of the material doesn't sound welcoming of pleasant--it makes it seem as if the patient is being reprimanded instead of welcomed.

The nurses and staff are very friendly and professional. There is little to no wait time before being seen. Dr. Goel is courteous and very thorough. She takes her time and listens to her patients. If there are questions or concerns after you leave the office, they are always available by phone and will take care of your concerns or will call you back promptly.

Every person in this office is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Goel is especially knowledgeable and takes plenty of time to get a complete history of my case. She is also very concerned about prescribing the very best medications, tests, and/or procedures for my case. She treats the entire person emphasizing proper diet, exercise, and weight loss besides medications. In my opinion she is the best in her field.

I first was referred to Doctor Pope(who has passed away), he explained to me about RA. I am now under Doctor Archana Goel. She has guided me with medicines and explained how important it is for me to keep movement going with my body. I know not all doctor's are as good as the arthritic department with baptist. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I have been with them for lots of years. Always very helpful.

Everyone in the office is very professional, efficient and friendly. Dr. Archana Goel ist the best!! She takes her time to actually listen to her patient to be sure all the bases are covered. Does not limit herself only to the field of her specialty and then takes the easy route and prescribes some pills. She treats the whole person - all aspects of the patient's diet, lifestyle, exercise, etc. since there maybe some aspect that may affect the health/disease of the patient.
