The stall is all super nice and the dr listened to what I had to say. The only thing I wish is I was to be seen again in a month but the first apt they couldn???t get me till May 30th. So that???s 3 months out. Other then that all was great

I'm pleased with the doctor and his assistant nurse when I'm in the office --- but to ever get anyone on the phone is almost impossible. If I do happen to reach an actual person and leave a message, I'm supposed to wait 2 or 3 days for a call back. I may be dead by then!!

Appointment was 30 minutes late. Baptist always wants patients to arrive 30 minutes before appointment then to wait an additional 30 minutes past your appointment is ridiculous. And this was a 9:30 appointment. I can???t imagine how late they were running by the afternoon

Dr. Gabor is amazing and so are the infusion nurses. However, the office managers and other staff are unprofessional and need to communicate with the patients. There seems to be no leadership in the office. The right hand doesn???t know what the left hand is doing. And it should not take six weeks to get an auth for a medication. When a patient has to get involved in that process, and spend hours of their own time on the phone, with their insurance company. Thats a problem.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Any questions I ask are always answered. Time is a factor they are always on time you don???t feel rushed. I have been seeing Dr. Gabor and my infusion nurse Amy for over 10 years and trust and love them both as medical professionals.

It took me a discussion on the phone to get an appointment. They had received the referral for a week and they did not call me to give me an appointment. Then, the appointment was for almost two months later. I go in for the first appointment and the doctor asked to be back within the next two weeks after more lab work was ordered. The front desk was very rude. The soonest was over a month later. I requested to talk to the Manager and was told that she was the manager. Being with Baptist Medical for about four years, this is the worst experience ever.

The dr. I seen should not still be in practice. Dr. Gary Gabor. He walks in the room starts looking at my chart and says I was not his parent then left, later came back and told me who he was. I asked him a question about me taking immunotherapy and he said it a good drug. I was worried about it with me having lupus. Needless to say app. did not go well.

Megan was FANTASTIC! So welcoming and joyful, which is refreshing! Dr Gabor was amazing. He was actively listening to my concerns, reviewed ALL my records and previous labs and did a physical exam. He ordered imaging & more labs to hopefully help find the root cause and stop simply treating symptoms. I was nervous about this appt bc I admit, I had read reviews. I'm a new patient. The doctor made me uncomfortable due to he's body language. He acted if is I was contagious with something. Also, it was very hard to communicate to each other. Unfortunately the office was not very welcoming. It was my first appointment and everything was very vague. I'd just like to change locations to male things better. Thank you.

Can???t get a hold of anyone. First visit I was in line behind two others that had been in line for over 10 minutes. Once I got up to the counter they said I was over 15 minutes late and doctor wouldn???t see me. I explained that I was in line that entire time and they wouldn???t hear it. Now we try telehealth and some times I get a message to connect sometimes I don???t but I always am responsible somehow for the missed appointments. I run out of meds because they won???t put refills for some reason and my body hurts to the point I can???t get out of bed without the meds. There is no reason to check in monthly other than you wanting money.

I was told to be there for this first visit 1/2 early. I was there 1 hrs. Early since I take medical transportation. I was put in a room on my appointment time but sit in the room fir 35 minutes before the doctor came in and he spent 10 minutes and walked out. My time is also important.

Felt like a number. Never was examined either visits. Seemed the doctor wanted me to tell him the plan for my disease. Never showed or explained my labs or X-rays . Dr. Gabor only wanted to give me medication I didn't need. He appeared to be upset because every question he asked about how I was feeling (dry mouth or eyes,) my answer is no. Instead of him examining me he wanted me to say that something was wrong with me. I will NOT be going back to see him at all. I told him I wasn't taking any meds, but my summary of my visit says opposite. Why ask me if I'm taking medicine and still put in my chart that I am even after I told him I hadn't taken any prescription meds since 2019. Totally ignored what I said about me

I was impressed that Dr. Groban had actually read the info that I had filled out before he came in to see me. I find that most doctors never read all the papers they have us fill out. On my second visit he was able to describe the results of my lab tests and X-rays without notes.

I love Dr Gabor; otherwise, I would have found another rheumatologist at least a year ago. I find it a waste of time to call the office and expect a return call the same day. One time my call was returned three weeks after I'd made the initial contact. Also, every office visit I've made in the past six months or so, I rarely see the same staff or technicians. It used to be a pleasant visit and I would look forward to seeing everyone. I enjoyed seeing the receptionist (Tracy) and the ladies who worked in the back. Now, Dr Gabor is the only familiar face I see.

The office staff is always professional and helpful. The office is clean but the door from the waiting room to the area where patients are seen is too heavy. Ususally the wait to be seen by the doctor is short. I feel very fortunate to be treated by such well educated and concerned caregivers as the doctors, nurses and support staff employed in this office.

Well after taking off from work early and losing time, i made it to appointment early for which i was taken in promptly, after waiting in room for a little the Doctor came in sat down asked me about 5 questions and dismissed me and moved on! Felt like i wasted my valuable time even making it to the appointment! Really considering looking for another alternative to my situation.

The doctor didn???t seem to be truly concerned about me as an individual patient. He noted that I had been to the practice 7 years ago and told me nothing likely had changed. He did not perform any exam on me at all. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and walked out telling me he couldn???t do anything for me because my blood work hadn???t been sent over from my primary care doctor???s office.

When I call your office, it's for something that is important to me. I would expect that you all treat it as important. I doubt that any of your patients call just to chit-chat. A call made in the early morning should be answered before lunch, not at the end of the day or the next day or the next day. A call made in the afternoon should be returned before you close for the day. In the event you receive a patient call 15 minutes before closing time, I would expect that you all at least listen to it. If it's something that could wait until morning -- fine. Sometimes, it may be very important to the patient. Isn't it your motto that "the patient comes first:? I sometimes feel it would be faster if I drove to the office rather than wait for a return call.

After going to the same doctor for years I feel like I???m just on a maintenance level, no more conversations about what???s going on or investigating symptoms or new symptoms. But the most frustrating issue is my prescriptions not being filled on a timely manner. I went 4 days without an important medication, suffered terribly from it. I???m really considering finding a new doctor. One more issue is the accuracy of record keeping, when I wanted to discuss changing a pain med or trying something else it always shows up on my ???summary notes/records that I was asking for more pain medication. Not the case! I got so tired of this that I started reducing it myself and looking for another doctor. I have not found one yet but I???m not giving up.
