Epic BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain data analytics and reporting solutions using Epic’s Cogito Suite. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and performance-optimized data models and reports. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle, and a passion for transforming healthcare data into meaningful outcomes. Epic certification and healthcare analytics experience are highly preferred.

As a Certified Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for:

• This role is responsible for build and testing of the full suite of Epic Cogito reporting tools including self-service tools (SlicerDicer), dashboards (Radar), reports (Reporting Workbench), and extracts (SQL, Extract Framework, Clarity, Caboodle).
• They will learn Epic's capabilities and functional use, and apply their experiential knowledge in the build, testing, implementation, and long-term support of the Epic analytics tools
• Reporting to a centralized analytics team but will be matrixed with one or more application-specific teams to ensure integration of workflows and analytics

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of related experience Required
• SQL expertise preferred
• Epic Radar experience preferred 
• Strong experience with interpretive business request into data
• Experience working within Agile methodology and sprints
• Experience creating SQL based objects such as Views and Stored Procedures

License and Certification

• Caboodle Data Model Certified Required
• Clarity Data Model Certified Required
• Cogito Certified Required
• Access Data Model Certified Preferred Or
• Revenue Data Model Certified Preferred Or
• Clinical Data Model Certified Preferred Or
