Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Certified Nursing Assistant in our Med/Surg Unit at Baptist Clay. This is a PRN opportunity with various shifts. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs including:

- Activities of Daily Living;

- Maintaining a safe environment;

- Collecting lab specimens;

- Intake and output monitoring;

- Electronic medical record documentation.

Education Required

None

Education Preferred

High School Diploma/GED

Experience

• 1 year Clinical Patient Care Experience Preferred
• Monitor Technician Experience Preferred
• Health Unit Coordinator Experience Preferred
• Electronic Health Record Experience Preferred
• Experience working in a hospital setting Preferred

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
