Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to hire a Clinical Development Manager. This is a Full-Time Days hybrid opportunity. As the Clinical Development Manager at Baptist Health, you will support the strategic implementaion of clinical education programs in the Behavioral Health Unit and select educational initiatives across the entire health system. This leadership role will be responsible for program operations, personnel management, and the coordination of clinical placements. The Clinical Development Manager ensures the effectiveness of specialty programs such as transition to practice and continuiing education programs across the system as well as having oversight in the accreditation management process for funtions required by the Commission on Accreditation.

As a Clinical Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Staff training and professional development.
  • Clinical oversight and quality improvement.
  • Program development based on patient needs (trauma, DBT, geriatric specific protocols)
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Leadership and Collaboration by acting as a clinical resource and mentor to front line staff.
  • Data & outcome monitoring.
  • Operational oversight in the Accreditation management process for functions required by the Commission on Accreditation. Specific duties include, yet are not limited to: Provider hiring and onboarding; Data collection and analysis of program competency evaluations; Continuing Medical Education (CME) processing and utilization; Preceptor evaluations and faculty development; Program financials and provider productivity; Rotation planning and quality control; Annual reporting required by accrediting bodies.
  • Supporting a culture of continuous learning, performance improvement, and professional competency development to enhance clinical training and patient care.
