Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Community Relations Coordinator to join the Administrative team at Baptist Clay.
The Community Relations Coordinator for Baptist Clay is responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, working closely with the Hospital President and Baptist Health Community Impact team to develop strategies and initiatives that promote health, lead communications/public relations efforts, oversee internal communications/programs, and partner with schools and key community organizations. The CRC is also responsible for facilitating the Community Health Needs Assessment, specifically for Clay. The CRC is directly responsible for managing and overseeing all Baptist Clay volunteers. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers, effective time management, project management, and prior supervisory experience. This position will require proficiency in health promotions, health education, volunteer services, event planning, and people management.
