CT Technologist, CT Department, PEAK Nights, Baptist ED North

Baptist Health is looking to add a CT Technologist to our CT Scan Department at Baptist ED North for our Peak Staffing (Internal Traveler) Program located in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is part of our internal traveler program which is a 12 week contract with premium pay. This position is eligible to renew their contract after 12 weeks for up to two contracts in total. This CT Technologist will work Full-Time, Monday – Thursday, 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM.

This CT Technologist's primary responsibilities are to ensure physicians and other members of a patient’s care team receive high-quality images they can use to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments.

This CT Technologist will be responsible for:

• Performing high quality (CT) procedures in accordance to established protocols and guidelines.

• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.

• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams.

• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

• Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.

• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.

• Educate patients on the CT process and answer any patient questions.

CT Technologist, CT Department, Experience;

• 1-2 Years Radiology Technologist Experience

• Customer Service Experience

• Experience Working in a Hospital Setting
