Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Ultrasound Department, Part-Time Weekends, Baptist ED Silverleaf

Baptist Health is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for our Ultrasound Department at Baptist ED Silverleaf in St. Augustine, Florida. This is a Part-Time, weekend shift opportunity, Sat/Sun 9:00 AM and 9:30 PM. Participation in call rotation, including weekends and holiday coverage, is required. Pediatric and ED experience preferred.

As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, responsibilities will include:

• Performs high-quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures.

• Promotes goodwill among coworkers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanour with all patients.

• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.

Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Ultrasound Department, Experience;

• 1-2 Years of Experience Working in a Hospital Setting

• 1-2 years Hospital-based department-specific work experience

• Ultrasound Experience

• Experience with vascular ultrasound

• Customer Service Experience

If hired, must pass certification in Sonography from the ARDMS or ARRT (S) within 18 months of hire date.
