Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Director's Assistant to join the Pediatric Surgical Services team at Wolfson Children's Hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Operate computer terminal and printer for data storage and retrieval.
• Type correspondence, documentation forms, and other departmental documents as requested.
• Receive and refer visitors and telephone calls.
• Maintain Director's calendar and scheduling of conference room.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports.
• Assist with timekeeping.
• Coordinate meetings.
