Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Nursing Administration to join the leadership team at Baptist Clay.
The director is responsible for:
- The overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing care in the healthcare center.
- The selection, training, discipline and supervision for all nursing related healthcare center personnel.
- The procurement of appropriate supplies and equipment and operating within the departmental budget.
This position will be responsible for Med/Surg, ICU, L&D, Ed and the House Supervisors.
**Registered Nurse License required.

Experience
- Over 5 years Progressive Clinical Experience
- Progressive Management Experience
License and Certification
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
