The Epic Scheduling Analyst is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Epic scheduling system to support efficient patient care and operational workflows. This role involves configuring scheduling templates, troubleshooting system issues, training end-users, and ensuring data integrity. The analyst collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to implement enhancements, improve user experience, and align scheduling processes with organizational goals. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in Epic systems are essential for success in this position

Epic Scheduling Analyst:
- This role is responsible for the design, building, and maintenance of scheduling templates for providers, advanced practice providers (APPs), nurses, social workers, and other areas across the health system.
- The ideal candidate will ensure templates are aligned with the needs of clinical teams and optimize patient access by maintaining high-quality, efficient, and patient-centric scheduling templates.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support Clinical operations and Revenue cycle departments.
- This position is a critical role in ensuring that our health system's scheduling templates are optimized to meet patient demand, improve access to care, and enhance provider availability.
- This position will work collaboratively across the organization to design, refine, and maintain scheduling templates that drive operational efficiency and improve patient flow.
- By aligning scheduling processes with clinical needs, you will play an essential part in ensuring services are delivered consistently, efficiently, and on time.
- This role will involve working with a diverse range of stakeholders to solve scheduling challenges and support the overall goals of the health system.
