Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Food Services Lead to our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center located in Nassau, FL. This is a full-time opportunity working various shifts with rotating weekends.

As the Patient Food Services Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the smooth flow of operations
  • Assisting the Dietary Supervisor with the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Working department positions as needed to accomplish goals
  • Orienting and training team members to the meet department standards
  • Conducting patient visits as assigned within the timeframe established by leadership
  • Providing recognition for team members
  • Resolving Food and Nutrition issues that do not meet standards and ensures Food and Nutrition tasks are followed up on and completed in a timely manner
  • Supervising shifts as needed
