Inpatient Call Center Specialist II, Hospitalist Team, Southbank Plaza

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced an Inpatient Call Center Specialist II for the Baptist Primary Care office located at Southbank Plaza. This position's days of the week varies with the need to work every 3rd weekend 5:00am-12:30pm, with a day off before and after the weekend worked. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm or Monday-Friday 10:30-7:00pm.

The Hospitalist office is conveniently located close to downtown, next to the Duval County School Board building.

The Inpatient Call Center Specialist II for the Baptist Medical Group, will provide business services for the BMG Hospitalist Team. The physicians and APP's in this group provide care and coverage for patients who are admitted into the one of the Baptist Hospitals.

Additional responsibilities for the Inpatient Call Center Specialist II may include:

• Completing Physician's work schedules
• Pulling Data Reports
• Scheduling Meeting Requests for Directors at 5 different campuses
• Continuing Medical Education Tracking
• Tracking Meeting Attendance
• Assisting with Physician Recruitment
• Handling ER Admissions, Consultations and Transfer Requests
• Helping with phone calls
• Maintaining Patient List Distributions
• Handling Communication External and Internal for the Hospitalist Team
• Providing Administrative Support to Physicians and Administration
