We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our South Hampton Primary Care office location! This LPN position is full-time, Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
The primary responsibility of this LPN position is to assist with phone triage and contacting patients.
Additional LPN responsibilities:
- Chaperone and greet patients
- Obtain vital signs
- Maintain medical documentation
- Schedule care/treatment, diagnostic tests
- Process prescriptions, referrals
- Begin IV therapy
- Administer medicines
- Provide patient information
