Job Summary
Baptist Health is seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Medical Office Manager II!
The primary responsibility of the Medical Office Manager is to manage day-to-day operations of the physician's office. This position requires a candidate who has previous medical office supervision/management experience, clinical experience and provides excellent customer service while working independently.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Senior Care at Fernandina Beach (This position may require occasional travel to other sites or locations, based on operational needs.)
Medical Office Manager II, AgeWell, Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with implementation of policies and procedures.
- Assisting clinic staff with daily troubleshooting and coordinate logistics for completion.
- Manages day-to-day operations of the physician's office staffing, scheduling, profit/loss, complaint resolution, patient satisfaction, compliance with regulatory requirements, work flow efficiency, vendor relationships and marketing.
- Additional responsibilities may be required based upon office needs.
