Job Summary
We are looking for a Nurse Manager to join our Pediatric CVICU team here at Wolfson. This is a full time day shift position. Our 12-bed Pediatric CVICU features advanced monitoring and treatment technologies, and is staffed by congenital cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, critical care physicians, hospitalists and critical care nurses. As a Nurse Manager in the Pediatric CVICU, your responsibilities include but are not limted to:
- Delegating tasks to a nursing staff
- Managing and checking the nursing schedule
- Ensuring that all shifts are covered and conducting assessments and performance reviews
- Tending to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day
- Cert Note: ACLS not required for BMDA departments.
