Job Summary

Baptist Health is currently hiring for a Nurse Manager to join our Med/Surg units at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time day's opportunity. As a Nurse Manager, your responsibilities include:

• delegating tasks to nursing staff
• managing and checking the nursing schedule
• ensuring all shifts are covered
• conducting assessments and performance reviews
• tending to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day

This Med/Surg Nurse Manager position is located at Baptist South - serving the rapidly growing neighborhoods in southern Duval and northern St. Johns counties.
