Job Summary
Baptist Health is currently hiringa Patient Financial Services Manager to join our Single Billing Office Department at our Baptist Metro Square location here in the Jacksonville, FL area.
As a Patient Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Serves as the operational leader of the enterprise Patient Financial Services team including self-pay follow-up, customer service and associated vendor management.
- Integrate customer service and self-pay collection activities across providing a single point of contact, a single patient billing statement and increased transparency to guarantors, thereby improving the patient collection process and patient financial experience.
- The manager is responsible for fostering a culture of superior patient financial experience through modeling of the Baptist Core Values with empathy and compassion.
- Note: 10 years progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience with a minimum of 5-year leadership experience in lieu of degree.
