Job Summary

The Program Manager, Leadership Development will be responsible for developing and facilitating systemwide multi-level leadership development programs, team-level intervention strategies, conflict resolution sessions, and consultation with leaders across Baptist Health.

The ideal candidate brings strong collaboration skills, a passion for developing leaders, and a strong desire to strengthen workplace culture. An experienced practitioner with both leadership development and organizational development experience, this program manager will operate with a strategic approach and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities:

Program Management

Design, manage and facilitate the health system’s manager and director leadership development programs.

Schedule sessions, prepare materials, and ensure virtual and classroom environments are ready for course delivery.

Support other facilitators with session setup and participant management.

Track learning participation, evaluations, and program effectiveness.

Maintain accurate attendance records, conduct post-session evaluations, and compile feedback summaries for continuous improvement of learning offerings.

Leadership Development

Participates in the planning, design, coordination, facilitation and assessment of other Leader and Organizational Development (L&OD) programs and learning initiatives.

Promote leadership development opportunities across the organization to create interest and increase program(s) participation.

Use newsletters, internal platforms, and meetings to share program offerings.

Conduct surveys, interviews, listening sessions, focus groups and other fact-finding techniques to determine organizational leadership challenges.

Facilitates additional staff engagement and leadership development courses as needed.

Organizational Development Consulting

Partners with systemwide strategic partners and cross-functional teams to conduct organizational assessments.

Support systemwide employee engagement efforts by helping managers develop action plans, set goals and determine outcomes.

Utilizes appropriate frameworks and tools to clearly identify root cause issues and determine appropriate intervention strategies.

Partners with Employee Engagement, Human Resources, and Talent Performance colleagues to ensure process alignment.

Leads structured discussions, reflective exercises, and debriefs that reinforce program content and encourage participant engagement.

Conduct team building sessions and conflict resolution interventions as needed.

CoachingConduct individual and group coaching sessions. Serve as liaison between leaders and other assigned coaches. Manage logistics, gather coaching feedback, and help ensure timely completion of coaching engagements.
