Referrals Coordinator, Primary Care, Hilden Road

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Referrals Coordinator for the Hilden Road office. This position is full time, Monday through Friday.

The Referrals Coordinator will interact with staff, patients, internal departments, physician practices and insurance companies to obtain maximum reimbursement through established authorization procedures and order entry. This position requires a candidate who has previous referrals and healthcare experience as well as excellent customer service skills.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Referrals Coordinator, Primary Care, Job Responsibilities:

• Provides referral assistance to physicians, patients, and insurance companies.
• Maintains medical documentation.
• Schedules appointments.
• Processes prescriptions and referrals.
