Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Triage Department at our Baptist Silverleaf campus in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity.
As a Registered Nurse in our Triage Department, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Nursing Assistance to Physicians
- Greets and chaperons patients during medical part of visit
- Obtain vital signs
- Maintain Medical Documentation
- Scheduling care, treatment, diagnostic tests
- Handle and processing prescriptions and referrals
- Perform waived test list in Laboratory and IV Therapy
Registered Nurse, Triage, Experience;
- Clinical Experience Preferred
