Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking to add a Clinical Resource Coordinator to its Orthopedic / Podiatry RN Service Line. This is a full time, days position, located in our Baptist Beaches location.
As a full time Clinical Resource Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and supervise all Orthopedic and Podiatry service lines.
- Focus on leadership and coordination; removed from cases when possible.
- Work closely with Surgical Tech counterpart.
- Schedule: 4×10s or 5×8s, hours 06:45–15:15 or 06:45–17:15.
- RN with Orthopedic/Podiatry surgical experience.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Experience
- 3-5 Years Perioperative Nursing Experience
License and Certification
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
