Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a Clinical Resource Coordinator to its Orthopedic / Podiatry RN Service Line. This is a full time, days position, located in our Baptist Beaches location.

As a full time Clinical Resource Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and supervise all Orthopedic and Podiatry service lines.
• Focus on leadership and coordination; removed from cases when possible.
• Work closely with Surgical Tech counterpart.
• Schedule: 4×10s or 5×8s, hours 06:45–15:15 or 06:45–17:15.
• RN with Orthopedic/Podiatry surgical experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Education Required

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 3-5 Years Perioperative Nursing Experience

License and Certification

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
