Baptist is looking to add an Scheduling Coordinator to our AgeWell team.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: Baptist Senior Care at Metro Square

The AgeWell Department is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support their team. AgeWell services patients 65+ and is growing rapidly at Baptist! This position requires a candidate to have strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and flexibility.

As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling process. This position is responsible for primarily developing and maintaining good relationships, identifying new areas of opportunity, and acting as a liaison with office team and providers in the field.

Additional responsibilities for the Scheduling Coordinator may include:

• Providing business services for patients and the healthcare provider.

• Patient registration

• Following telephone protocols when processing patient requests

• Assisting patients as needed.

Experience Requirements:

• One-Two Years Experience working in a health care setting Required

• One-Two Years Staffing Experience Required

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
