Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Social Media Specialist to join the Marketing and Communications team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health.
The role plays a key role in elevating the Baptist Health brand and driving meaningful engagement across social media platforms.
Through a mix of content creation and monitoring, you will help shape public perception, engage audiences, and build loyalty while supporting Baptist Health's mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve throughout Northeast Florida.
This role will focus on monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews, helping manage our online reputation with professionalism and empathy.
In addition to community management, you will create engaging, on-brand content that brings our health system to life through stories, photos, and video.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Communications team members and departments across the organization to share impactful stories and help meet strategic goals.
This position captures content and cover events, celebrations, VIP visits, and other significant moments.
You will also track performance and share insights to improve results and shape future strategies.
