Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Sr. Research Quality Control Specialist to join the Clinical Trail team at Baptist MD Anderson. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville, Florida campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities:

• Plays a key role in ensuring ethical, compliant, and high-quality clinical and translational research.
• Oversees adherence to ICH-GCP, FDA, OHRP, and institutional regulations across industry-sponsored, investigator-initiated, and NCI-affiliated trials.
• Leads internal audits, develops CAPA plans, supports FDA readiness, and ensures protocol and documentation compliance.
• Additional responsibilities include patient screening, data collection, adverse event monitoring, and coordination with clinical teams to meet trial objectives. A
• As a liaison with sponsors, regulatory agencies, and institutional partners, this role promotes quality assurance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the research portfolio.

Must have a minimum of 10 years of Clinical Research Experience.

Health related Bachelor degree required.

• Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) Preferred
• Registered Quality Assurance Professional in Good Clinical Practice (RQAP-GCP) Preferred
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) Preferred
