Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a Supply Technician to our Materials Management team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity, working Monday-Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm, with alternating weekends.

This position's work will directly support licensed healthcare professionals and will make an impact on their ability to care for our patients. The ideal Supply Tech candidate will have prior expeirence in receiving, warehousing, or other supply chain experience.

As a Supply Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Recording deliveries in the MMIS system promptly and accurately to maintain real-time inventory levels.
• Identifying and addressing shipment discrepancies proactively by working with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Preparing and stageing deliveries for department distribution, ensuring supplies and equipment are delivered efficiently and correctly.
• Paternering with the Supply Chain Customer Service and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and prevent delays.
• Adhering to safety protocols and organizational standards for receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
