Job Summary

Workforce Analysis Analyst, Learning and Development, Metro Square

The role plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the Human Resources function. This role combines financial acumen with data analytics expertise to assess the ROI of current and proposed HR programs, such as learning and development initiatives, and to identify workforce trends across both System and Campus levels. The role will collaborate closely with HR leaders, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment of analytics with strategic HR goals.
