Sean Lynch Biography and Information
Sean Lynch, RN, DNP, is the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Nurse Executive for Baptist Medical Center Beaches. He joined Baptist Health in 2012 and has served in multiple roles including Associate Director of the Emergency Department at Baptist Medical Center Beaches as well as the System Director for Emergency Services for Baptist Health. Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Lynch spent 15 years in various roles with another health care system in the Jacksonville area.
Dr. Lynch has more than 27 years of health care experience including administrative responsibility for medical-surgical, progressive and emergency care. He earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Florida and his master's and doctorate degrees in nursing leadership from Jacksonville University.
Dr. Lynch previously served on the Board of Directors for Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry (BEAM).
Dr. Lynch is married to Sandra (33 years); they have two children and two grandchildren. He is passionate about continued learning and enjoys seeing team members grow and develop in the health care setting.
