Breastfeeding 101 Class
In this condensed virtual class, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant or Certified Lactation Counselor will teach you the most important concepts needed to get breastfeeding off to the best start and be successful. Babies feeding cues, proper latch and position, how long and often to feed, and signs that baby is getting enough will be discussed. There will be plenty of time at the end to answer questions.

There will be plenty of time for questions and answers. Since family support is so important, we strongly encourage dad, grandmother or another support person to attend at no additional charge.
Expectant parents are encouraged to register for classes early, as space is limited.

You do not have to be a Baptist Health patient to attend our classes.
Registration and pre-payment is required to reserve your spot. Cost of this class includes 2 participants. You do not need to be a Y member to take this class.
