Charge Integrity Supervisor, Revenue Integrity, Baptist Metro Square

Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a Charge Integrity Supervisor to our Revenue integrity team at Baptist Metro Square. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity.

The Charge Integrity Supervisor works under the direction of the Manager of Revenue Integrity, this role will lead a team of Charge Integrity Analysts in solving Epic errors/edits efficiently, identifying root cause resolution. Provide analytical support to proactively identify performance trends and propose solutions when needed. This will require an extensive background working with MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Presentation programs. As part of ensuring operational integrity of the revenue integrity processes, the position executes steps that support the maintenance and enhancement of all revenue cycle systems. Creates a positive, constructive, and supportive relationship between Baptist Health departments, external partners, and personnel needed to resolve issues.

Shift Details: Monday- Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

As a Charge Integrity Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of Charge Integrity Analysts in solving Epic errors/edits efficiently, identifying root cause resolution.
• Provide analytical support to proactively identify performance trends and propose solutions when needed.
• Execute steps that support the maintenance and enhancement of all revenue cycle systems.
• Creating a positive, constructive, and supportive relationship between Baptist Health departments, external partners, and personnel needed to resolve issue

Experience

• 3-5 Years Acute care charge capture Required
• 3-5 Years Acute care hospital or coding Required
• 3-5 Years Epic HB/PB Revenue Integrity Experience Required
• 3-5 Years Experience with CPT/HCPCS Codes or Charging Required
• 3-5 Years Performing charging validation reviews Required

License and Certification

• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) Preferred Or
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Preferred Or
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Preferred Or
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Preferred
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) Preferred Or
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration Preferred
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Administration including Single Billing Office (SB Preferred
• Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) Preferred Or
• Certified Healthcare Revenue Integrity (CHRI) Preferred
