Enterprise Analytics Product Lead- Governance, Intake and Data Quality, Full Time Hybrid, Baptist Medical IT Data Center.
This role partners closely with both operational and technical teams to translate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and analytics concepts into practical, scalable, and ethically responsible solutions. The position is responsible for product backlog management, stakeholder engagement, agile execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination, with a strong focus on innovation and alignment with Baptist Health’s strategic priorities.
The Product Lead oversees all aspects of one or more complex IT initiatives, often spanning multiple disciplines within the IT function as well as business units across the health system. This role leverages leadership and technical expertise to guide teams, resolve challenges, and ensure project objectives are successfully delivered.
Working within a Scrum/Agile framework, the role utilizes modern tools and methodologies for collaboration, issue tracking, and backlog management. Success in this position requires a solid understanding of professional theories, practices, and procedures, typically gained through formal education, along with the ability to apply that knowledge effectively in real-world scenarios

Enterprise Analytics Product Lead- Governance, Intake and Data Quality you will be responsible for:
- Transforms data into actionable insights that support clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making across the organization
- Help in developing reporting tools, dashboards, and advanced analytics solutions, the team helps improve patient outcomes, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency
- Play a critical role in data governance and quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance, while partnering closely with clinical, technical, and business leaders to align data initiatives with organizational goals
Enterprise Analytics Product Lead- Governance, Intake and Data Quality Experience:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI preferred
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Familiarity with clinical and business applications preferred
- Conceptual understanding of AI and the importance of clean, high-quality data preferred
- Ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences preferred
- Experience leading analytics data governance initiatives preferred
- Clinical experience highly preferred
