Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking for a Patient Financial Services Rep II for the Infusion Revenue Cycle Department at Baptist Metro Square in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time days opportunity.

As a Patient Financial Services Rep II, you will be responsible for:

• Follow up with insurance companies
• Appeals for denial of claims

• Obtain maximum reimbursement through established billing and collection policies & procedures

• Accountable for verifying and collecting accounts in a timely manner

• Interact with patients, insurance companies, etc on a daily basis

Experience

• 1-2 years Insurance Billing Experience
• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Retail Pharmacy Experience
• Knowledge of Medical Insurance
• Accounts Receivable Experience
