The Program Manager, Integrated Healthcare IT Systems Health The Program Manager, Integrated Healthcare IT Systems Health oversees the implementation, optimization, and management of population health technology initiatives within the organization. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals by driving data-driven strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical and IT teams, managing project timelines, and leveraging Epic tools like Healthy Planet to support care management and analytics. Strong leadership, communication, and Epic expertise are key to success in this role.

As a Program Manager, Integrated Healthcare IT Systems you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the coordination and execution of daily management of population health analytics initiatives for Baptist Health set by the Baptist Physician Partners Vice President of Population Health and supported by the Vice President of Data Intelligence & Decision Science.
  • This role works closely with Baptist Physician Partners leadership, including the Senior Director of Population Health Analytics.
  • Additionally, this role collaborates with clinical applications, analytics, decision science, the project management office, external partners and vendors to ensure that the analytic requirements of Value Based Contracts are monitored and met.
  • The role is responsible for the collaborative efforts of organizing and maintaining a roadmap of Value Based initiatives, which includes software updates and upgrades and new contracts.
  • This role works with the appropriate teams and vendors to ensure the necessary work is completed as directed by Population Health governance and the Population Health strategic plan.
  • The program manager is expected to meet with leadership on a regular basis to provide status updates, key decisions needed and collaborate on the program roadmap.
