Job Summary

Supports the planning, coordination, and facilitation of leadership development programs and learning initiatives. This role helps deliver meaningful learning experiences by managing logistics, coaching sessions, peer learning activities, and program communications.

• 3-5 Years Experience with instructional design or curriculum development Preferred
• 3-5 Years Staff Development, Leadership Development facilitation experience Required
• 2-3 years Training Experience Required

• 2-3 years Experience in Adult Education Required
• 2-3 years Coaching Experience Required
• Experience with Workday, StrengthsFinder, Arbinger, Myers Briggs, DiSC, 360 Assessments, Learning Mgmt Sys Preferred
