Job Summary

The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and professional development initiatives for team members across the health system. This role focuses on transition to practice for new graduates and experienced nurses, fosters workplace learning through evidence-based strategies, and applies adult learning principles to meet the diverse needs of clinical teams. The position will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure continuous professional growth and improve patient care outcomes. Certification Note: At least one Baptist Health approved certification is required for this role. NPD certification is highly encouraged within 3 years of hire.

Experience

  • Over 5 years Experience in Ambulatory setting Required
  • Over 5 years Experience in an Acute Care Setting Required
  • Over 5 years of Acute Care Clinical Pediatric Experience
  • Leadership Experience Preferred
  • Learning and Development Preferred

License and Certification

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
  • Nursing Professional Development � Board Certified (NPD-BC) Preferred
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
