Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Respiratory Therapist to our Metro Square location. This is a full-time opportunity.
- CPAP/BiPAP Setup and Maintenance: Set up and calibrate CPAP and BiPAP machines, ensuring they function properly. Provide ongoing troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Provide Follow-Up Care: Monitor patients’ progress with CPAP/BiPAP therapy, including follow-up calls and office visits to address issues with compliance or machine performance.
- Patient Education: Educate patients about sleep disorders, their symptoms, and treatment options, including Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) therapy, BiPAP, and other ventilation support methods.

Experience
- 3-5 Years Respiratory Therapy Experience
License and Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required Or
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Or
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Required Or
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Required Or
- Registered National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) Preferred
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Required
