Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator for the Infusion Therapy Home Health Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a PRN opportunity located at Baptist Metro Square. The primary shifts available will be from Tuesday - Thursday.
The Scheduling Coordinator will assist the Infusion Therapy Home Health Department by accurately scheduling staff. This position requires an intermediate level knowledge of staff scheduling, computer skills and excellent communication skills.
Shift details: PRN (Monday-Friday coverage only)
Scheduling Coordinator, Infusion Therapy Home Health Department, Job Responsibilities:
- Supports the health system in providing staff to all facilities.
- Maintains staff scheduling through Resq software.
- Possesses strong computer, written and communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Operate a multi-line phone system while maintaining telephone protocols.
