your billing department, i have called my insurance and your billing department, i have explained and discussed the eob's and nothing has happened your billing needs to send the correct finger that i injured in june i have asked that they do that and they tell me its my insurance that is the issue, i have paid my co pay for my office visits with my flex card and your billing department turns around and refunds the money to my flex account, i would really like to talk to someone who can take care of this issue

Had a positive Covid test with symptoms and wanted Paxlovid. Was told I needed an appt that was made for late the next afternoon virtual. Was told to log on 20 minutes before the appt and waited over 90 minutes for the Provider.

I had a telehealth call and sat on hold for over 30 minutes before she picked up. Then we got disconnected and never called back. So, I called the office to ask what exactly what she thinks I have and never got a phone call back. I???m very disappointed. I have been going here for over 20 years and never been this frustrated with the office.

Bed side manner was missing. Care provider was completely closed minded as she heard that I was being seen by an ENT. I tried several times to explain that my symptoms were different than previous doctor visits. She could only focus on the information from the other doctor and no new information was heard

Baptist seems to be broken. Many billing errors which one ended up going to collections and a most recent error caused harassing messages several times a week. It was not my error and I had to fight to get it fixed. This year I've had one heart doctor reschedule my appt. three times so when my primary also rescheduled, I became disillusioned. I've been connected with Baptist Hospital for over 30 years and it has changed especially the last 3 years. I have good insurance but doesn't make sense if I can't get an appointment. Saw a Nurse Practitioner last week because I couldn't see my doctor. She is most likely competent but she should not see sick seniors. She was abrupt and condescending.

I saw my Dr. in September and he gave me orders for bloodwork on Quest form.. He told me about the test they have for TB. I had to check with my insurance. I contacted them and they sent me an order to have that done when I went for my bloodwork. I had my blood work done at Labcorp because I couldn???t get into a Quest. I saw my results on the Labcorp site. My thyroid was very low. I called, I think about 3-4 times and came to the office once. I told everyone I spoke to that my bloodwork was done at Labcorp. They kept checking at Quest. They called to tell me they couldn???t find it.It to long for the messages to get to the Dr. It took to long to get a change in my medication. I???ve been going there for 20 years and I am a nurse. I know how bad it???s been for offices to keep enough staff with the pandemic. I just think if things were running as smoothly as it has in the past, this wouldn???t have taken so long.

I really Appreciate the virtual appointment with Anne last week. I know I was one of many patients she saw that day for sure, but she was thorough, and the meds were just right. I am well on the way to being back to normal. :) Thank you Anne.
