I was ready to leave the practice because last summer, when I tried to schedule a sick visit, I was told it would be three weeks for a sick visit! When I got conjunctivitis last week, I decided to give your practice one last chance, I was delighted to find I could schedule for the next day with Nurse Practitioner Byrd. And she was great, professional, thorough, personable. She explained that there had been recent changes in your practice that keep some slots open each day for sick visits. (Hard to believe this is not the normal policy at all practices.) The staff at your front desk was helpful and friendly. Although the office itself is in a bad location for getting there, the waiting room is fine. So, now I am hopeful that I can have a continuing relationship with your practice.

Claire is one of the best physicians! She always listens to your concerns and has such a caring personality. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean and most test such as labs or xrays can be done on site. It is always easy to get an appointment too.

The wait time was unacceptable. The entire visit took over two hours and all I needed was to have a prescription written for a blood pressure medication I've been taking for years. The assistant that first entered the room left multiple times to tend to other matters while getting me prepped to see the doctor/nurse. To top it off, my prescription was sent to the wrong location. This prescription issue really bothers me because it was discussed. You can't make this right, but you could improve your entire operation by having staff adhere to SOPs. I'm strongly considering finding another care provider.

Welcoming and professional medical and office staff at Regency. I transferred from the Yellowbluff Road office because I had such an awful experience there. At Yellowbluff, the medical assistant was uncaring and rude; the Dr became confrontational when I asked him to consider some research about statins that I had discovered. The difference between that office and the Regency office is night-and-day. I love everything about Regency. Thank you!

The place is very dirty and the staff are very rude. The nurse that I had was ridiculous, and check in was a hassle, when it shouldn't have been. Terrible all around visit to set up this place as my primary care doctor. I will most likely, not be back. The nurse told me that I only had a 30 minute time limit to go over everything with the doctor. I've never in my life been told such a ridiculous thing. Terrible

I got an appointment for 8:00 a.m. for blood work by the time I got home it had changed to 11:00 I agreed to 8:00 and was told my appointment was now at 11:00 therefore I had to make it for a different day a week later I'm glad it was not an emergency then I chose to pay my copay with cash and the girl at the counter was going to automatically charged my card like what!

It irks me when I try and get an appointment with my doctor for a physical and I am told that I would have to wait a month and a half because it talks longer. The reality is, the doctor only see you for about 20 minutes, the rest of the time the nurses and technicians do the rest. The excuse give that a physical takes too long just does hold water. Make your appointment time schedule more reasonable so the client does have to wait so long.

I've been seeing Dr. Janssen for around 30 years. If I am having a problem, I can usually get in same day to see the PA if my doctor is not available. The appointments are not overbooked so there is usually not a long wait time for my appointments.
