Karen McNeely. She has been an amazing advocate to me. I???ve recommended her specifically to many people for a number of years now. It???s terribly difficult for people suffering from panic disorders to establish trust with a provider. I???ve seen many mental health providers over the course of my life, she has been by far the easiest to establish a doctor/patient relationship with. She is professional and that is incredibly important to me. I have found myself in legitimate crisis a couple of times in the last few years. At my husbands urging I have contacted her. She did not overreact nor did she under react. I believe she took into account both my history and the situation I was dealing with and acted accordingly in my best interest. Only someone with an immense amount of experience and knowledge in the field could do that.

The caring staff, and short wait time for my appointment, in addition to the availability of my doctor. After every visit, she always says she is there if I need her. I have been going to BBH for 18 years now and have been very pleased with the care. I have referred several people. However, I do miss Dr. Solloway.

Everyone has been very friendly and have met my needs in a timely manner. I have to say I was very concerned when I found out that I could no longer see Dr. Solloway (He was the greatest). Karen McNeely, APRN has been wonderful. She has been very compassionate and understanding. She is very knowledgeable with mental health medication. One of the medications I was prescribed is very difficult to wean off of. I recently informed her that I wanted to come off of it. She has monitored me very closely and has communicated with me the withdrawals I may experience and made it clear I could call her anytime. Kudos to everyone from scheduling, triage, and her office staff.
