Sleep center prescribes meds (equipment) but is unable to provide information on how to get it. I???ve had the correct equipment since September. I???m using a mask and pillows that hang loosely on my face! They are not concerned about the problem although they???ve warned me to not discontinue the use of CPAP or risk stroke, heart attack. I???m at my wits end!

During my visit, the staff is just great to deal with. From the beginning, my nurse Nicole (blonde hair) was very professional and just a ray of sunshine. Her personality was great and just so easy to talk too. My sleep specialist Katie, was awesome. She is very professional and her personality makes you feel right at home. She explains everything very thourally. Just and answered all my questions so that I could understand. She does not try and rush you like in some other Dt.'s offices. The whole staff from receptionist on was just amazing! Thanks to all of you.

I made an in-person appointment versus virtual because the schedule person told me I will be able to see the different CPAP machine options if I came into the office. This was not the case. I drove 40 minutes to meet with someone (she was very nice), but we didn???t really go over much. I have an appointment with the actual DME supplier now to select a CPAP. Had I known, I could???ve saved a lot of time and just done a virtual appointment.

I had an appointment with Medical Associate Ms Katie, and the appointment was on time. The examination room was very clean and orderly . Ms Katie , in my opinion, is the best Medical Associate in North Florida. She listened to my issues and concerns and provided great advice on how to correct my issues. I wouldn???t think of going anywhere else, the Baptist Sleep Center and Ms Katie are the best .

I was quite pleased with my visit. I was not at all pleased with the individuals who are in charge of dispensing my CPAP needs approx. q 3 mos. It is painfully apparrent that are primarily interested in the financial aspects of a patient receiving their CPAP supplies rather than the needs of the patient! I've been as have been associated with Jacksonville Sleep Center and Dr. Peter Nasser from the gitgo and remain loyal tothem, but since I have switched to the Baptist Sleep Center for supplies it has been one problem after another. I am not talking about the young ladies (Dawn et al) nextdoor to Dr. Nasser's office. but the ones that call when it is time to renew my CPAP supplies.
